How much time do I have?
With the Scale plan, you have 1 hour to use per quarter. With the Business plan, you have 1 hour per month. You can choose between a 1-hour slot or two 30-minute time slots. Please note that any personalized post-call support can count towards this hour.
However, for general questions about the platform, you can ask through the live chat feature on the website. Scale and Business Plan users have priority chat.
How do I book my time?
You can easily use the meeting link sent to your email address to book time with the Apify team.
So that we can prepare for the call, please fill out the booking form with as many details as possible about what topics you’d like to cover.
